So Frenchy So Chic a CD brand that became a festival

This project reflects the times. The music industry has been turned upside down. As technology clashes with culture. Fourteen years ago a French pop music compilation paved the wave for French sounds hitting Australian airwaves. As the way people consumed music changes, the So Frenchy So Chic brand moved from music compilation to community building.

Audiences today are spoilt for choice. In entertainment abundance to saturation of options is normal. New and changing technology is an incredible force creating opportunity or peril for the product, segment, fixture, delivery, ticketing, marketing, and experience. In such times the machine to deliver this complex beast can become too present, and our task with modest means was to make a great effort seem effortless.
